Debby relocated to the Greenville area in 2005 from her small hometown in Virginia. Debby’s interest in the real estate industry was born after several disappointing experiences with buying and selling personal homes. Her desire was to create a process that ensured clients were receiving the best care possible throughout the entire real estate transaction. Debby has since successfully built a loyal client base who will tell you that her people skills, knowledge and negotiation strategies enable her to do just that! Whether it’s driving across town to get a contract signed or helping someone prepare their home for pictures, Debby always goes the extra mile with a smile on her face. 

Rick began his career real estate in 2016. Prior to that he spent 20 years with a Fortune 23 telecommunications company in various technical and sales operation roles. “I’ve always had a passion for remodeling, owning rental property, doing small flips etc. I utilize the knowledge I’ve gained over the years in operations, customer experience and marketing to provide a true concierge experience for our clients. I truly love real estate. It's a relationship business. People come first.”
